For 1-1 PT or Running Coaching session, I offer a free consultation to give us both a chance to get to know each other and to have a chat about how I can help you. There is absolutely no obligation to commit at this stage; we both need to feel comfortable with each other to enjoy a good working relationship!
No two clients have the same goals or needs and each training plan is unique to you. Consequently, there are many ways I can help; for example:
- A bespoke general health, fitness or running programme that includes a set number of coached or PT sessions and regular progress reviews.
- A stand-alone bespoke running programme based on your goals for you to follow on your own with advice from me should you need it.
- Whilst the full Change Your Stride programme does require a longer term commitment (generally 12 weeks but could be longer depending on the starting point and the goal) from the client in order to gain the greatest benefit, I understand that sometimes runners just need to be pointed in the right direction or need some advice on running specific skills so I am very happy to offer one-off running sessions.
- Prices start from £30 for a one hour session.
- Online coaching packages start from £50 every 4 weeks.
- Sports Nutrition and Weight Management services start at £30 for a 1-1 consultation and £60 for a full dietary analysis and follow up recommendations.
