This programme is ideal for those with general fitness or health and wellbeing goals. These sessions are at their most effective as part of a longer-term programme, but can also be beneficial on a more adhoc basis depending on the time you can commit.

After identifying your goals, I will develop a programme in which all components are balanced around your needs and the time you have available. This will be different for every client so I will work around family, work and the other many commitments so many of you have. The programme will be realistic and tailored for you. Depending on these needs, the sessions could include both cardiovascular and resistance work with additional focus on flexibility, functional training, strength and balance. I would recommend training alongside you at least once a week.
