For all online coaching I like to try and get to know you so I can understand how I can help.  This can be done on video call or an email.  There is absolutely no obligation to commit at this stage; we both need to feel comfortable with each other to enjoy a good working relationship!

No two clients have the same goals or needs and each training plan is unique to you.   Consequently, there are many ways I can help; for example:

  • A personalised running programme delivered through TrainingPeaks to work towards your running goals or events
  • A stand-alone bespoke training programme based on your goals for you to follow on your own with advice from me should you need it.
